P. Stonz is a creator, entrepreneur, author, culinary creative, designer, publisher, and storyteller whose journey has never fit neatly into one box.

Born and raised in Washington, DC, her creativity was nurtured early in the kitchen alongside her Grandma Emily, where food became more than something served on a plate—it became a way to bring people together, create memories, and tell stories.

But the kitchen was only one chapter.

Over the years, P. Stonz has turned ideas into businesses, books, digital products, original designs, culinary experiences, conversations, and opportunities for others to create and grow. What once existed as separate passions now lives under one roof.
